Our meat is vacuum sealed and consist of bone in pork chops, shoulder steaks, sirloin roast, Boston butt, picnic roast, ribs, smoked ham steak, mild sausage, ground pork and bacon.

Our pork is organically produced without the use of synthetic chemicals such as pesticides, fertilizers, antibiotics or genetically modified organisms.
Our pigs are raised locally and fed only NON GMO feed from an Amish mill in Kentucky. Their water comes from a natural spring on the farm. Please call for availability 931-206-6849

1) We will be providing 1/8 (20 pounds) and 1/4 (40 pounds) sausage packages in mid October.
Proposed flavors to select from are Breakfast Sausage (Mild, Medium or Hot), Italian Sausage (Mild, Hot, Sweet and Vesty), Brown Sugar Maple Sausage, Pork Breakfast Sausage, Jalapeño Sausage. Please PM us for your preferred flavors.
